Problem
When starting the IDE (launching dqc.exe), the following windows appear:
Solution
The most likely cause of this Eclipse-environment-based error is that there are unsupported characters in one of the installation folders. To resolve this error, change the name of the installation folder so that it does not include unsupported characters, which are :%#<>"!+.
