IDE Does Not Start

Problem

After executing one-ide.exe IDE does not start and the following message appears:

Solution

The problem is caused by the fully qualified paths to the Eclipse libraries exceeding 260 characters on a Windows platform. In this case, Eclipse cannot read its libraries and IDE does not start.

To solve the problem, install the product with a shorter path. Generally, the path to the product installation folder should be at most 125 characters.
