Problem
Developer IDE crashes after hovering the property in any step, throwing EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION.
Solution
The described behavior is caused by a bug on Windows systems that have the security patch KB 2977629 installed. Uninstalling this update will resolve the issue.
