DQ Analyzer License has Expired

If you can no longer use DQ Analyzer due to an expired license, you will need to download a new package. With the new package you can either: 

• Install and set up a fresh version of DQ Analyzer
• Use the new license in your original DQ Analyzer instance.

Depending on your preferred solution, follow the corresponding set of instructions:

Reinstall DQ Analyzer 

1. Go to DQ Analyzer Download page and select Register to Download.
2. Provide your business email and select Continue.
3. Next, enter your password.
4. Download the correct package for your OS: DQ Analyzer 32-bit or DQ Analyzer 64-bit.
5. Run the installer and proceed with all the necessary steps, including setting up the database that you want to use.
6. Once the installation is complete, DQ Analyzer is now ready for use.

Reuse License Keys

1. Go to DQ Analyzer Download page and select Register to Download.
2. Provide your business email and select Continue.
3. Next, enter your password.
4. Download the correct package for your OS: DQ Analyzer 32-bit or DQ Analyzer 64-bit.
5. Run the installer and proceed with all the necessary steps. Do not set up any databases.
6. Once the installation is complete, navigate to the folder Ataccama DQ Analyzer 11/runtime/license_keys.
7. Copy the license.plf file to the installation folder of your previous instance of DQ Analyzer.
8. Start your previous instance of DQ Analyzer and verify that the license works.
9. You can now remove the new version of DQ Analyzer by running Uninstall DQ Analyzer in the installation folder.
