Cannot Resolve DQC Home and Libraries Warning in the Web Console

Problem
After setting up DQC Server as a Windows service, Cannot resolve DQC home and libraries, DQC process will be run with parental classpath libs only warning messages are displayed under the Validations messages view in the summary of a workflow.
Solution
Setup the DQC_HOME environment variable on the Windows machine. In order to setup the environment variable, right-click on My Computer and navigate to Advanced system settings -> Advanced -> Environment Variables. In the Environment Variable window click on New..., and define the following parameters:
Variable name: DQC_HOME
Variable value: [DQC]\runtime
