Editing RDM Records Assigned to Inactive Users

How to edit or publish records which are assigned to an inactive user? The records cannot be edited even by a user with administrative rights.

In order to enable rights, delete or publish records, the records must be assigned to you. You can select the records and change the assignee in Action > Assign to Me. Afterwards, you should be able to delete or publish the records.
