Changing the Time Zone Settings to Match the DB

How can I change the timezone so that the time matches that of the DB?
To obtain the exact time as the DB (e.g. UCT) add –Duser.timezone=UCT to Run Configurations > Runtimes > VM arguments in the Run Configurations properties screen from within your plan.
